Ward A The lightest of offenses are here. Caught too many times drunk driving. Drugs, petty thieft light weight crimes with light weight sentences. These inmates once sentence is served go free. They run the booths and rides doing 'community-service' while serving there time and earning cast points to buy anything they want......and that is Anything even the drugs....that put them there.....	0	0

Ward G One the bottom of the ocean floor the ward covers miles and miles of the underwater sea floor. Huge holding a large central arena 'bird-cage' for fights to the death it is here that the Deadmen and Deadwomen live. Unable to gain freedom the only way out is two elevators to the surface that are controlled by guards on the surface.....and even if one managed to get to the surface the collars they were down here inject them with a lethal poison that only a piece of candy every three days stops and if they leave the island with the collar being removed it explodes taking there head with it. Each collar has a release code logged somewhere on the island but no one but the Head Warden knows were.....but he enjoys playing with his carnival toys too much to let them go. As with the surface they earn CP or Cast Points which can buy them anything they want allowing them to live comfortably until the day they die.
