As much as things change.....on this side of the gate

He walked with his partner. It was kinda funny they had agreed to it, after talking to him for a bit the ups and downs of it and even when the oddest thing of all. His partner had insisted had wanted *him* to be.....had wanted him to be the one to handle Death had agreed to it without even pausing to consider it a moment pulled the skulls form his earring and held them out at the of the long afternoon talk and asked if that was all.

They didn't have there handler yet. Or rather Shin didn't. Juro did...and that was Shin himself. Right now they walked side by side through the park on the way to his partners favorite store location it was late in the evening and he still wore his sunglasses although he did pause. It was something else Soren had been talking about that was troubling Shin. They both wore the collars of the Tod Hund now....not hellhounds. "Hey....can you scent that too or is it just me..." He said.....a demons wind.....

Juro had been scratching at his collar on and off ever since it had been placed around his neck. As a Hound that wasn't used to wearing one, it was to be expected that he scratched at it and felt uncomfortable for the first few days to weeks of wearing it. He fidgeted with the  small, Cerberus symbol hanging loosely from it. "Damn it all...this is so uncomfortable...how the hell do other hounds deal with this?" he grumbled as he looked at Shin.

At his partner's question though, he stopped and sniffed and closed his eyes. "Yeah...I smell it all right...and it's a damn good thing we have these collars on now..." he said.

With her duties to the court done for the day Alice walked herself down the street to the small coffee shop she enjoyed visiting regularly, she was particularly fond of the hot chocolate, sandwiches, and sweets at this particular shop. While as a demon she didn't really need to eat human food she had a bit of a sweet tooth and they made the best eclairs. She crossed the street making sure to watch the cracks in the street while wearing her heels so she didn't break them. Upon getting to the other side she noticed a particular aura, hounds... "Huh, odd, oh well." She continued on her way. Her duties were done and she wanted sweets and maybe a more sustaining meal, she would talk if they wanted to come to her, but she wouldn't go and be nosy, she knows how the other side of that feels all to well. Not to mention it hadn't quite peeked her interest just yet.

Shin looked at Juro and then glanced over in the direction the demoness was going staring as if he he was seeing things right the wind the energy was...."Right...." he breathed. "That's a bit different...Unless things have really changed....." He mused there were some who....either then that she wasn't sent here to find them which was always a plus but still.....he did look at his partner though and chuckled. "You get used to it eventually." he said as he noted him fidgeting off and on like normal. To Shin the collar wasn't all that different to be wearing.
