PostSubject: And I thought Exile was bad?   Fri Nov 08, 2013 1:07 am

He sighed as he paused holding out his hand as the first snow fall of the season began of course it would be his luck. Outside in the cold without a jacket wasn't so bad he could keep his energy high enough to keep warm but once the snow started well there was no escaping it. He wasn't rich, didn't have a lot of money and wasn't about to hock his earring to get some either the metal earring was Molive Tair the same metal that wrapped around his arms up to his shoulders and covered his middle and ring finger. Although that longer intricate and delicate piece might as well be nothing more then normal metal.

In exile without a royal to be in service to the swords would not release from there sealed state and as such he was stuck without them forever seeing them but unable to use them. No that wasn't the worst part he was stuck here on earth Vulnerable and he had gotten wind of dark warriors about. The likes of which if they but scratch you with there blade you are dead............there was only one warrior group whose weapons were that dangerous and that was the Hell's Blades Warriors. If he came across them he was screwed.........and not in a good way. What was worse if wasn't the snow it was the feeling of being followed.

He had been following this one for a long time, having remained silent as the falling snow, and kept his distance, he was a dark man and a dark force to face. However, he wasn't following him because he was trying to fight him or harm him. No, he was following this one because he smelled of Heaven, and yet he was here on earth. He was here where only those who were fallen were banished to.

The man himself looked very interesting, and had managed to capture his attention and he had found himself unable to pull away. Thus, it lead him here, following a man who not even knew his name, let alone his face or why he was following him..and yet...he couldn't bring himself to stop even as he questioned himself with each step. Why am I doing this? why don't I just turn around and ignore this man?

The questions kept flowing, but so too did his footsteps. He couldn't let go, no matter how much he screamed at his body to stop and change directions, he kept following.

He paused and turned slowly letting his eyes travel over the surrounding area. Banished to earth but not robbed of his divine weapons he would never understand Mun no matter how hard he tried. And that was a while ago now he simply choose to exist here as best as he could.

Still though his golden eyes searched out one following him his luck he couldn't spot them and the cold messed with his sense of smell something horrible minus any wind blowing in his favor he had turned so now it was against his back. Layfon sighed softly and turned beginning to walk yet again to Ruffian Row. The row houses were horrible really no heat, no windows just a wooden box lined up one against another but it was all he could afford. At least there had some blankets even if they were a bit thread bare. "I swear someone is following......" He breathed lowly to himself.

He kept following, desiring to get closer to the man that he followed. This one, as much of Heaven as he smelled of, he desired to get close to him, to touch him to smell his hair, to touch his skin...He desired to feel his warmth, to taste his blood...he wanted to know his name and where he came from, why he was here...he wanted to know everything about this man.

And when he followed him to the Ruffian Row, he felt his heart sink. A man with his scent, his looks, his grace...should not be living in a cursed place like this. This was a place for those who were well...Ruffians and horrible...sinners.

When he watched the man come to a stop at a house, he finally found the courage, if he needed any, to move in close. Standing behind the man, he stood there in silence for a few seconds before he spoke lowly, in a cold, dark voice that clearly spelled out they type of man he was and what he was to a 'holy' man such as the one he had been following, "I've been following...who wants to know?"

He turned the Row house behind him no shelter no safety there and the blades sealed useless to face the one who spoke such a dark cold voice and rose an eyebrow. He could ask the silly question why would one such as you one who scented so dark suddenly appear before him without a blade drawn.

Layfon brought his arms up to wrap around himself it was cold and he was getting colder. But he had been asked a question and if truth be told he no longer could such a divine place his home. In exile this was it now so might as well get used to talk to others even those he should consider enemies.

"Layfon Riverinthelsa" He answered not being cocky in the slightest in fact one might say he was painfully polite when he spoke his low arm voice held a slight 'tilt' to it though as he fought to keep his teeth from chattering. "Who though follows me and why show such interest in someone who has fallen like me?" he asked lowly softly.

He chuckled lowly and smirked. Found it all ready. A way to get under this man's skin. He could just tell it would be an easy way to do it, so why not go ahead and utilize it?

"Reisen Shioji...I just find you to be interesting...dear little Fon Fon..." he answered lowly with the same cold tones as before. Picking out a way to get under people's skin was what he did best, and at times, even did it without realizing he had done it. But this? This was completely intentional.

"Of course, I disagree with you when you say fallen...I still smell Heaven on you..."

"Fon Fon??" he shook his head and sighed. Seriously....."It's Layfon." he countered still in those polite tones although a bit strained really they just meet and this one already finds a way to shorten his name......to Fon Fon no less?

"Maybe.... the scent was strong once.....centuries ago. I was exiled when Mun still ruled the Moon long before Aoi took the throne of Earth." He said in the past......"Surely the scent still does not cling to me? I haven't served the heaven's in a long....a very long time."

He chuckled lowly in amusement. Struck a nerve already. Sweet. "I will call you Fon Fon no matter how many times you tell me your full name...I have chosen the name I wish to call you, and so it shall be..." he told him lowly, but tilted his head to the side a little when he mentioned Aoi.

"Oh? but if the rulers of the moon were all indeed gone, would you not just smell like a vampire? I smell the Heavens...which means that..." he paused, and let a sly smile creep across his features. "One is still left...and he rests by the side of the Earth King himself..." he finished, looking at Layfon.

"Should you so desire it, you, my little Heaven Blade...could still serve the moon...and still be able to wield those blades you carry..."

Layfon sighed he had a feeling he'd loose the argument of on his name. "Be that as it may if I were to find him and he were to agree to let me once again serve him.....why tell me this?" he asked looking at him. "By our very natures we are not meant to be allies but enemies so why then.....tell an Heaven's Blade that there is still a way to release my blades when you could indeed leave me sealed or even then kill me?" he asked it seemed like such an odd question.

"Why see my blades restored to me? Since that seems to be your intention in telling me..........." Layfon had had a pretty good idea but it had been too much to hope and then there was the fact that this moon ruler may very well tell him he was to remain in exile unable to draw his blades. Blades that once bound could not be removed unless he died. "Why does my fate matter to one such as you Reisen? Would it not simply be easier to remove me while I can not fight back?"

He snorted at his questions. "What exactly would be the fun in killing you? the Hell's Blades have destroyed nearly all of the Heaven's blades since the Moon fell...I have lost my desire to wipe out any more of them...if I kill them all, there will be none left to amuse myself with when I really want to cut loose...." he questioned, and explained himself all in one go. Of course, his answer wasn't as simple as that either, but he didn't truly feel like explaining it all.

"That...and the simple fact is, I like you...why not give you a chance to restore yourself and let you rid yourself of this cursed house and poor, unfitting clothing? You deserve much better...especially considering your face doesn't fit with what you live in or what you're wearing..."

Layfon sighed his answer was as much as to be expected. Killing him sealed would be boring and at least this way he could always amuse himself later. Liked him and sighed. "I suppose it would not hurt to speak with him." he said lightly although he did sigh and looked down at the ragged clothing he was wearing and that was about the jest of it too. So many patches and the such that it looked like it was held together by nothing more then rags.

Layfon sighed his face didn't go with his clothes, then again neither did the arm sheathes, the earrings or the glasses from the moon either thankfully those adapted as he needed them to. "Although at the moment all I want is to get out of the cold........" he said closing his slightly envious of those like Reisen who didn't have to contend with this confounded body heat and freezing.

Sighing, he closed his eyes for a moment before he moved, and picked Layfon up and cardled him in his arms. Cold...he had forgotten that it was rather common for those of the Moon to have a body heat...while he was used to the cold and had none, Layfon had one and was quickly starting to freeze.

"You're not going in there...I'll take you back to my place for now..." he said lowly, refusing to even humor the thought of letting Layfon go into that run down, thin walled dump humans called a home. Instead, he would take him to the rich neighborhood where he lived, and let him have a true warm home, truly warm and clean clothes, and a comfortable bed that wasn't infested with insects.

And before Layfon even had a chance to object, he was flickering, moving at top speed, going towards his home, Layfon wrapped in his fur trimmed jacket. He didn't need it anyway, only wore it for show.

Layfon blinked and yelped startled when his world blurred and he was lifted into the air into Reisen's arms and then they were rushing although he wasn't nearly as frozen to the bone at the moment he was still cold and looked up at him reaching up to push his glasses back up the bridge of his nose and tipped his head. "Your home?" he said lowly a bit surprised and startled at the prospect of being rushed there at high speeds as if the idea that he could even stay in such a place for a moment longer offended not Layfon himself but Reisen. It wasn't that he didn't find it offensive it was that he was tired of struggling for something that wasn't there.

"I'd say that wasn't necessary but somehow I get the feeling your not going to give me a choice." He said lightly although his hand came down on instinct to grasp at the jacket that held warmth to it if for not other reason then it had had a body inside of it keeping warmth trapped within.
